• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

To initiate a refund:

• Provide your order number and reason for return.
• Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product.
