• We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, but please allow for potential delays during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

What are the shipping options and cost?

01. K-Packet(Tracking Number)

• Shipping cost is calculated by a product's weight up to 1.8kg when you checkout.
• Ship from South Korea via Korea post.

• It usually takes 15~30 days but it could take up to more than 40 days.

Still not updated from INCHEON, South Korea?

Don't worry. Once the package leaves South Korea, it takes some time to be updated by the destination country' post office. It could take up to 2 weeks to be updated. Please contact the local post office under the tracking number and the shipping address.

02. EMS (Express Mail)

• Shipping cost is calculated by a product's weight up to 29 kg when you checkout.
• Ship from South Korea via Korea post.
• The tracking number is provided. Check the tracking information.  https://www.17track.net/en/track?nums=
• It usually takes 5~10 days but it could take up to more than 20 days.
• Please contact the local post office under the tracking number and the shipping address for more shipping details.
