Custom Inspection

• International Shipments: Please be aware that all international orders may be subject to customs inspections and potential import duties, taxes, or other fees.
• Responsibility for Fees: These charges are determined by your country's customs regulations and are the responsibility of the customer, not Cosmetic Love.
• Non-refundable Charges: Shipping fees, import taxes, and other country-specific fees are non-refundable.
• Parcel Rejection: If you choose to reject the parcel at customs, it will be returned to us. Once we receive it, we'll contact you and issue a partial refund, minus the original shipping fee.
